Geolocation data
The Mellow application may collect geolocation data from the user in order to enrich migraine episode tracking (correlation with environmental factors such as weather conditions or atmospheric pressure). Location access is requested through the iOS operating system APIs and the user can grant, restrict, or deny it at any time from device settings. The details of this data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Terms of use

By downloading and using the Mellow application, the user acknowledges having read this agreement and accepts its terms.
7. Intellectual property
All elements composing the Mellow application — including in particular texts, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, interfaces, visual identity, and source code — are the exclusive property of Arthur Griffiths, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the application's elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorization from the publisher. Any unauthorized use may constitute infringement subject to penalties under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected through the Mellow application is detailed in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the application and from the App Store listing.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act, the user has the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection regarding their personal data. These rights can be exercised by contacting the publisher at the address indicated in section 1.
The user also has the right to file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
9. Liability
The Mellow application is a personal migraine tracking tool. It does not constitute a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745, nor a diagnostic tool, nor a substitute for medical consultation. The information, statistics, and analyses provided by the application are for informational purposes only.
The user is invited to consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical question, and in particular before any therapeutic decision. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made by the user based on information from the application.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
