Delete your Mellow account

1. From the app

Open Mellow, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

2. Without the app

Send an email to contact.mellow@proton.me from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". Your account is deleted within 30 days.

3. Deleted data

Your account, your email address, your first name, and all your migraines, moods, treatments, medical appointments, MIDAS scores and settings. No copy is retained.

4. Retained data

Billing records linked to a subscription are retained by Google Play, the App Store and our payment provider for the legally required accounting retention period. They contain no health data.

5. Delete some of your data

You can individually delete each migraine, mood, treatment or appointment directly in the app, without deleting your account: open the relevant item and choose "Delete".
